How Valet Trash Works

Place bin outside

Residents place waste bin outside their door each evening between 6 - 8 pm
  • All trash must be bagged and tied.
  • Cardboard boxes must be broken down.
  • Nightly service allows up to two 25 lb. bags.
  • Pet waste must be double bagged.

    Day Porter
    Responsibilities include maintaining the grounds, sanitizing high touch points, pool attendant, sweeping, pressure washing and blowing out breezeways, pool monitoring and other general housing keeping tasks.
    Junk Removal
    Cost effective solutions for handling furniture, mattresses and other bulky items around dumpsters and trash outs in breezeways or common areas.
